Registered Nurse Entry-to-Practice Exam - NCLEX-RN

 

Applicants for registration as a registered nurse (RN) in 10 of the country's RN regulators (not including OIIQ or YRNA) are required to successfully complete the computer-adaptive NCLEX-RN exam, administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).
