What is CCRNR
The Canadian Council of Registered Nurse Regulators (CCRNR) was formed in 2011 to promote excellence and support collaboration in regulating the profession of Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners in Canada.
CCRNR comprises the 12 provincial and territorial nursing regulators across Canada, and:
Is committed to safe nursing across Canada and working together toward consistency in nursing regulation for the Canadian public
Establishes partnerships that best position CCRNR and its members to address nursing regulatory matters
Promotes an understanding of the purpose of nursing regulation and members’ commitment to public safety and excellence in regulation.
CCRNR is a proud member of the Canadian Nurse Regulators Collaborative (CNRC), which supports and enables collaboration to advance regulatory excellence across Canada.
